Beschreibung
Blaufränkisch produced from grapes grown at the Martin site is characterised by natural reduction of yield and, consequently, almost ideal input parameters in the grapes. On the nose, this wine is dominated by black berries, sour cherry, vanilla and cloves. The taste is rounded by silky tannins and a subtle body, characteristic of the variety. Alcoholic fermentation is accompanied by malolactic fermentation, which adds to the wine’s elegance and harmony. The wine is fully aged in both used and brand-new barrique barrels, for at least a year, which is enough for firm tannins to become softer.
