Certified organic cultivation. Soils poor in organic matter, chalky and sandy for Syrah and Monastrell, and slightly more clay- ey for Petit Verdot. Monastrell in goblet and the rest in trellis. Manual harvest. We select the grapes in the field and in the winery.
